    Pick a coin and send the payment

    Choose the coin and network, then send the exact amount shown to the address or QR code from your own crypto wallet or exchange.

    Receive your eSIM

    Once the payment is confirmed, your eSIM is delivered exactly like a card purchase: it appears in your account and the app, and the QR code is emailed to you.

    Crypto is available for orders of €1.00 or more.

  • 1-hour payment window

    A crypto payment request stays open for 1 hour. If it expires, start a new one from checkout. Never send to an expired request.

  • Exact amount, exact network

    Send the exact amount on the exact network shown. Sending less, or using a different network, can leave the payment incomplete. Network fees are paid by the sender on top of the amount.

  • Delivery after confirmation

    Your eSIM is issued when the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. How long that takes depends on the coin and network, and Bitcoin can take longer when the network is busy.

  • Prices in EUR

    Plans are priced in euros. The payment page converts the euro amount into the coin you choose at the moment you pay.

  • Wallet top-up with crypto

    You can add money to your HelloSIM wallet with crypto (minimum €1.00), then pay for eSIMs and top-ups from that balance.

  • Sales are final

    eSIMs are digital and delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed, so they cannot be refunded once delivered. The only exception is a verified technical fault we cannot resolve.

How long does it take to get my eSIM after paying with crypto?

Your eSIM is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. The time depends on the coin and network: some confirm in a minute or two, while Bitcoin can take longer when the network is busy.

What happens if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?

Always send the exact amount on the exact network shown on the payment page. Sending less than the amount shown, or sending on a different network, can leave the payment incomplete. If you send more than the amount shown, the order still completes. Network fees are paid by the sender on top of the amount.

My crypto payment request expired. What should I do?

A payment request stays open for 1 hour. If it expires, go back to checkout and start a new one. Never send funds to an expired request.

Can I get a refund for an eSIM bought with crypto?

All sales are final. eSIMs are digital and are delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed, so they cannot be refunded once delivered. The only exception is a verified technical fault that we cannot resolve.

Do I need an account to pay with crypto?

No. Guest checkout works: you only need an email address to receive the eSIM. An account lets you manage your eSIMs and top up later. No bank card is needed when you pay with crypto.

Can I top up an eSIM with crypto?

Yes. Add money to your HelloSIM wallet with crypto (minimum €1.00), then pay for top-ups and new eSIMs from that balance.

Can I pay with crypto in the HelloSIM app?

Yes. Pay with crypto is available at checkout on hellosim.net and in the HelloSIM app for iPhone and Android. You can also use it to add money to your HelloSIM wallet.
