1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the HelloSIM website and mobile application (the "Platform"). The purchase of eSIM products is additionally governed by our General Terms. By using the Platform you accept these Terms of Use.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform to browse, purchase and manage eSIM data plans for personal or business travel. You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential
- Use the Platform only in compliance with applicable laws
- Not interfere with the Platform's operation, security, or availability
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Not scrape, copy, or resell Platform content or data without our written consent (resellers: see our partner program)
- Not misuse promotional programs — see the anti-abuse rules in our General Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy
3. Accounts & Termination
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for breach of these Terms of Use, suspected fraud, or abuse of promotional programs. You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support; deletion is subject to the data-retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by HelloSIM or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Platform as intended.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the Platform itself (as opposed to purchased services, covered by the General Terms) is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
